Positive: Cute, renovated 3brm house with a big backyard. Great location central to Shep. Liked the little extras, shampoo/ conditioner/bodywash in the shower, coffee, sugar in the pantry. Full size kitchen with oven, hot plates, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge.

Positive: Tidy, well presented, large yard, dog friendly. All the things you may need are catered for.
Negative: Needs a mop and broom so people can tidy up. There is a vacuum available.
